Service Description

Convertly Audio offers online audio processing tools: conversion, compression, cutting, merging, and other modifications. Premium features (Starter, Pro, and Business plans) are described on the pricing page.

Pricing

Prices for paid services are displayed including tax on the pricing page. Convertly Audio reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with new prices applying to new orders.

Payment and Billing

Payments will be made through Stripe, a secure payment platform. An invoice will be sent by email after each transaction.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services once their execution has begun with your prior consent and express waiver.

Termination

For subscriptions, cancellation can be done at any time from your account. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France.
